			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Visualization is by far one of the most powerful tools for good setting and attracting what you want.  Yet few people know how to properly visualize.  With the right technique you can begin to see outstanding results in successfully attracting what you want, granted you full apply what you learn.</p>
<p>First you are visualizing all the time.  You may not be aware of it but you are always conjuring up images in your mind.  When you are speaking on the telephone to someone you are most of ten times trying to see in your mind what they are telling you.  You also visualize when you are deep in thought.  When you are worrying about paying your debt or worrying about the way you would really like to live your life you are also visualizing what you want.</p>
<p>The hard part however is to use that creative force to actually attract the things you want.  This is where many people go terribly wrong.</p>
<p>Here is a great test to help you understand the most effective way visualize.  Think of the last time you were deep in thought.  Now try to remember what that felt like.  If you can recall that time, you will notice that you were deep inside of yourself.  You were unaware of anyone or anything and as you were allowing yourself to visualize you could feel clearly that you were having the experience as if it were real.  That is the power of visualization.</p>
<p>When people ask all the time How do I visualize the things I want, I tell them the same way you visualize the things that you don&#39;t want.  You see when you are feeling anxious and fearful you lock yourself away in your inner mind with those images.  You loose sight of other possibilities and if it is something that happened to you, then you recreate it in its full detail with all your emotions all over again.</p>
<p>Try to immerse yourself with full emotions when you are trying to create the things you want.  Many thoughts may come to distract you but if you will redirect your mind to what you do want your mind will be trained to hold that thought.</p>
<p>There are many tools and techniques that can greatly empower your ability to visualize if you really have a hard time.  You can add extreme magnetism to any mental image you want to create as long as you apply the right technique.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I could make it very easy from the start and say that you are already manifesting your desires everyday, but you just don&#39;t realize it.  Most people are unconscious creators.  They go about their daily lives not knowing that the thoughts they are thinking have an impact on their outside world.  The Law Of Attraction, probably the most important law governing creation states that all forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of like vibration.  What this means is that the thoughts we hold in our minds begin to attract similar thoughts and become larger masses of thoughts we call thought forms.</p>
<p>So what are the implications of this for you?  Stated simply, you get what you focus on. &quot;But I&#39;m always thinking about money and i never have any,&quot; you say.  And that is because you never stay focused on the abundance in your life, but are always looking at the lack of what you do have.  So that is what you attract into your life.  If you could stay focused on one thing and imagined the excitement you would feel if you already had it, it would show up in your life in a relatively short time.</p>
<p>The world you see is only a mirror of all the thoughts you have inside of you.  Change your thoughts and you change the perception of your world.  Quantum physics teaches us that nothing exists independently of your perception of it.  In actuality you get to choose what you see.  That is why several people observing the same thing each have different opinions as to what really happened.</p>
<p>If you want to manifest your desires there are a few steps you need to follow.  Number one in importance is knowing what you really want.  The more definitive you can be, the easier it will be to reach your goal.  Number two in importance is the more enthused, excited and emotionally charged you are about something, the faster you will see it show up in your life. Next, you have to allow it to come into your life.  What i mean by this is not to expect it to come in a certain way, the when, where or how.  Just let it flow into your life.  And lastly, you should have a feeling of gratitude, or thankfulness in advance, to be grateful before and for the thing that you want.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Letter: &quot;I don&#39;t know why I&#39;m writing this &#8211; it&#39;s so unlike me to actually feel &#39;hopeless.&#39; I am a single mom raising two teenaged boys. After my youngest was assaulted on the way to school last year, I quit a decent job in television to start my own marketing/p.r. business out of my home. I had two clients that, at the time, which enabled me to make more than I had working for the tv station. And then in March, one of the clients and I parted ways. We had very different expectations. Ultimately, we each had contrasting views over what my role would be. That cut my income in half.</p>
<p>I have attracted one new client &#8211; but at a third of what my former client paid. And now, I&#39;m in debt (deeply). And now, I&#39;m in debt (deeply), my account is overdrawn because my other significant client &quot;got behind&quot; and didn&#39;t put in my automatic payment into my account until yesterday &#8211; and it takes 24-72 hours for it to show up (they had told me it was going to be put in last Thursday)! My ex&#39;s child support is late and I don&#39;t even have enough money to pay for groceries until the money shows up. I&#39;m terrified that checks will bounce and I&#39;ll be left with nothing.</p>
<p>I can&#39;t sleep. My stomach is in knots. I almost feel as if my kids would be better off with their dad. He&#39;s very well off and could afford to give them everything I can&#39;t.</p>
<p>I don&#39;t know how to get out of this poverty mentality. I don&#39;t know why I have such feelings of lack when it comes to my finances. Tomorrow I have a meeting with a potential client and I can&#39;t even focus on putting together a presentation for him. It&#39;s as if I already know that he won&#39;t want to work with me, let alone PAY me. I get so up for things, I have such great expectations and then everything falls flat.</p>
<p>In ALL other areas of my life, I&#39;m doing well. My kids are terrific &#8211; good hearts, straight-A students, excellent athletes. I don&#39;t have weight issues.<br />I don&#39;t have problems with my relationships with the opposite sex. It&#39;s just that MONEY seems to be slipping out of my grasp.</p>
<p>Quite honestly, I do believe that money buys a fair amount of happiness. At least for me, knowing what I&#39;ve gone through these past years, it would buy some peace of mind. And that&#39;s what I want. Freedom and peace of mind. To go where I want. To do what I want. To FEEL how I want to feel.</p>

<p>&quot;Dear Reader,</p>
<p>Thanks so much for writing. And I hope you are feeling better. YEP. I&#39;ve been there a few times. I can remember days when all I could do was walk around the house saying, &#39;I just want to feel good&#39; over and over. Eventually, I did start to feel better. Now, feeling good is my dominant feeling.</p>
<p>Actually, you are an excellent &#39;attractor&#39;&#8211;look at what you are telling your self about money and then notice how you are attracting more of the same.</p>
<p>If I were coaching you, I would ask you to take a piece of paper, and draw a big letter T on it. Then label the left column I don&#39;t want and the right hand column, �I do want.</p>
<p>First make a list of everything you don&#39;t want. Just use the letter you sent to me and write down stuff like:</p>
<p>I don&#39;t want clients paying me late.<br />I don&#39;t want cheap clients who can&#39;t afford to pay what I&#39;m worth.<br />I don&#39;t want child support payments to be late.<br />Get all the negatives OUT of yourself and onto paper.</p>
<p>Then go through each item, and ask your self, If I don&#39;t want this, what do I want? and write down what you DO want in the right hand column.</p>
<p>When you&#39;ve written a �Do Want&#39; for each item on the left, FOLD THE PAPER down the middle so you are looking at the &#39;Do Want&#39; list. Keep that list in front of you at all times. Start to imagine what it would feel like having clients who JOYFULLY pay for your services. How wonderful it is when the Child Support checks arrive a day early!  Work at keeping your FOCUS on what you DO WANT. If you start to think or talk about something on the �Don&#39;t Want&#39; side, just say, I&#39;ve dealt with that, AND what I DO want is�</p>
<p>The T-tool is the BEST Law of Attraction Tool for getting clarity! And once you have clarity, what you want IS on its way to you.<br />

<p>What do you really want in your relationships?  Security? Affection? Loyalty? Companionship? Communication? What?</p>
<p>Do you wonder why you keep attracting certain types of people into your life?</p>
<p>Are you tired of feeling disappointed in &#39;love?</p>
<p>Have you ever been &#39;blind-sided&#39; by someone you thought was a friend?</p>
<p>Do you feel desperate to find that special person you can live with forever?</p>
<p>Here are three steps that can help you in attracting more satisfying relationships:</p>
<p>Step 1:  Make a thorough list of all the characteristics or scenarios of your past relationships that you DON&#39;T WANT to experience again. You can use the T-toolTM for this exercise or just take a fresh sheet of paper and draw a large &#39;T&#39; on it.</p>
<p>Label the left hand column: &#39;I Don&#39;t want&#39; and the right-hand column, &#39;I Do Want&#39;.</p>
<p>Ask your Inner Self to remind you of past events that you do NOT want repeated.</p>
<p>Write a few words about each event that express the essence of that event.</p>
<p>Step 2:  Examine each item on the &#39;I DON&#39;T want &#8230;&quot; side and ask yourself this question: &quot;If I don&#39;t want this, what DO I want?&quot;</p>
<p>One major reason why we keep attracting the same unsatisfactory relationships is because we fail to use the contrast contained in those negative events to get clear about what we DO want.</p>
<p>Step 3:  Write a Script about how you DO want your relationships to be:</p>
<p>As long as the Law of Attraction has only the &#39;DON&#39;T want&#39; Script, it is restricted to orchestrating that Script over and over. We must give the Law of Attraction some NEW MATERIAL to work with.</p>
<p>Scripting accesses all four parts of the brain.</p>
<p>The left brain which deals with words and logic;<br />The right brain which understands patterns and symbols ;<br />The mid-brain which experiences emotions; and<br />The brain stem which registers physical stimulation .</p>
<p>When we write a Script, starting with a phrase such as:  &quot;If I had my way&#8230;&quot;, and use our imagination about that which feels good to us, we are accessing our right and mid-brain. A thought or feeling comes and we translate it into words (using the left brain) that symbolize the thought or feeling (right brain again). Writing the Script engages the body, which registers in the brain stem.</p>
<p>When all four parts of the brain are engaged, a powerful message is delivered to the Universe.</p>
<p>I like to end my Scripts with the phrase, &quot;And do this in ways that are for my highest good and the highest good of everyone involved.&quot; This is a phrase that helps me let go of &#39;HOW&quot; this will all happen, and allows the Law of Attraction to bring it about in the very best possible way.</p>
<p>Remember, the Law of Attraction brings us precisely what we vibrate. So if we want to experience relationships that are more satisfying, then we must change our dominant vibration to match the experiences we WANT to have.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With media creating hype twenty four seven, and the pressure that we face on that same timeline to always look our best, it&#39;s no doubt that their is soo many &#39;after-market&#39; ways to make ourselves look better.</p>
<p>We&#39;ve been made to look one way, in the image of our creators (thanks mom &amp; dad); inyet we find ourselves looking to enlarge or reduce parts of our body, change the color of our skin and eyes, among heaps of others modifications just to fit into what society deems to be desirable. You would be hard pressed to find someone that hasn&#39;t been caught up in this meaningless cycle at one point in their life. I&#39;m been in it, heck &#8211; I still am in it. I think their is a fine line to be walked with taking pride in the way that you look, without becoming obsessed with it. Wear respectable clothes, brush your teeth, maybe do your hair every once in a while, and for goodness sakes a daily shower, whether you need it or not, goes a long way.</p>
<p>There is soo many different treatments and surgeries out there today, that I think it&#39;s easy for us to overlook how ugly society is really making us. Here is how I&#39;m looking at:</p>
<p> &#8211; Conservative &#8211; Keeping good hygiene through daily showers, deodorant,etc.<br /> &#8211; Riding the line &#8211; Getting hair removed by lasers to avoid having to shave excessively<br /> &#8211; Extreme &#8211; Different surgeries both cosmetic and not</p>
<p>It&#39;s when you are debating getting into the extreme side, that I think you need to step back and think twice to yourself about: &quot;How ugly has society made me&quot;. If you&#39;re willing to go under a knife to change the way you look, society has done something ugly with the beautiful baby that your parents first brought into this world. It&#39;s essential to always have a level head on yourself, and to love yourself for the way that you are. It&#39;s overwhelming the number of people that think that make-up and surgeries,etc are going to change their life. Insecurity and lack of confidence shines through though, and you are still the same on the inside. Beauty is from the inside out!<br />
